Finding an Approved FOREST CONSERVATION PLAN

APPROVED Forest Conservation Plans are available at the MNCPPC web site. They are a bit confusing to find.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to web site: Development Activity Information Center (DAIC)

2. At log on page use their project number, i.e., 119970560, and search for the file.
Older plan numbers have been revised. 97056 becomes 119970560. A 1 is added at the beginning (for FC Plans), the full year is added (97 becomes 1997), and usually a 0 is added to the end of the number.

3. You will get a page with some summary info re: your project / subdivision. Towards the bottom of the page, above a small table labled "Related applications" click on the link "Search for Related Plans and Reports"

4. This will take you to yet another page. Click on the select all documents button on the bottom. And then search.

5. The Forest Conservation Plan should come up.

Good luck.
