Old Plans

In July 2007, OIP Engineering purchased the assets of Oyster, Imus and Petzold, Inc.  These included old furniture, a blueprint machine, contact information going back to the 1960s, and a lot of old plans and survey files.  Some of the furniture was well built and useful and the old oak flat files are great.  But the blueprint machine is long gone and the old contact information was of little use. 

The old plans and survey files take up space, we spend time looking for them, and most of the requests we get are for files that we do not have. So we charge for retreiving them. Our prices are:

• 8 1/2" x 11" House Location Survey - $150,
• 24" x 36" plan or survey - call for price,
• larger size sheets - call for price

Prices noted are base prices. Upon receipt of payment, 8.5 x 11 House Location Surveys can be scanned and emailed as PDFs. The price for larger documents will be determined at the time of the request.
