Since 1946, Oyster, Imus, Petzold has provided Engineering Services in the Suburban Maryland and Washington, D.C. area. We assist our clients in site development, land planning, land surveying, and civil engineering design.

Our Land Planning Services include subdivision and resubdivisons, development plans for new construction and additions, feasibility studies, special exceptions and variances.

Our Survey Services include boundary surveys, topographical surveys, record plats, easement descriptions, lot stake outs, construction stake outs, building location surveys, and wall checks.

Our Engineering Services include grading plans, drainage design, storm water management, water and sewer systems, parking lots, public parks, street design, flood plain studies, and erosion and sediment control plans.

With our partners we also provide Natural Resources Inventories, Forest Stand Delineations, and Tree Conservation Plans, as required for responsible development in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties.

Perhaps most importantly, we assist our clients understand and navigate the complex permitting requirements mandated by local, state and federal law, in order to develop their properties.
